Night run

Two fell groups were out last night, I was part of the easier/shorter group that went up Cock Hill and Glossop Low. Not sure where the longer group went, but I believe they came back via Cock Hill.  I’ve put a short write-up with a few more photos over on my blog, Running Delights.

Tuesday night run

SE Lancs XC – Heaton Park

There was a double figure turnout in this eagerly awaited club championships fixture. Impressive performances by Kirsty in a well-earned 6th position, Beryl 1st LV65 and Mike Mawby leading home our strong senior mens team to an excellent 3rd position against strong opposition. Full results here

Lake District Away Weekend

A wonderful weekend was had by a group of about 18 runners. We stayed in Patterdale YHA and had superb weather both days – even the hail and snow showers didn’t stop play! Here’s a link to a blog about the weekend written by Lynne.
