Dez Mitchell ran 48.02 and was placed 68th at East Cheshire’s BLACK KNIGHT CHARGE off-road race around Daisy Nook.
Kirsty Johnson continued her good form to record a p.b of 1.09.24 at the the GREAT WARFORD 10 MILE ROAD RACE.
Ian Oates completed the Full Ironman distance OUTLAW TRIATHLON in Nottingham in 13hrs 39 minutes.
Well done Ian!
On the way up to Skye for the annual week away, a few GDHrs called in at the Dufftown Highland Games to run the BENN RINNES FIVE TOPS race.
