Road/Trail Champs Counter (3) – Buxworth 5

The BUXWORTH 5 RACE was the next counter in the Road/Trail Champs and attracted 12 Glossopdale Harriers to go over the hill to take on this legendary tough, lung-busting early season midweek race. Chris Jackson took it out from the off and confidently gained the maximum 30 pts on offer. There were close personal battles between Tim B and Ben as well as Neil and Paul S. Last years champ Steve was back on 25 points with Sikobe and John in bike/trig/race mode also racking up good points.  Caity was first back for the ladies with good runs also by Lynne, Jo and Sharn
