Eight harriers made the short journey over to Meltham on a glorious November morning to compete in the COP HILL race, a counter in the Club Fell Champs. Chris was 1st harrier back to claim the 30 points on offer. Caity was 2nd lady and their were several close battles for places and points as can be evidenced by the times.Cop Hill

CHAMPS TABLES UPDATED

On the previous day Caity and Chris ran at the RACE YOU TO THE SUMMIT race. Chris had another excellent run to finish 7th in 33.24; Caity was 1st Lady and 13th overall in 34.26. Great running by both of them!

RESULTS

Sue Clapham completed her RON HILL RUN EVERY DAY IN OCTOBER CHALLENGE. She ran for a total in excess of 43 hours, 204 miles and over 29,000 ft, a truly Everest mountain of an achievement. Well done Ultra Sue!

There were also harriers competing in the PEAK RAID 3 score orienteering event on the moors above Old Glossop. Andy Fox had a stormer to win the V50 class with John Stephenson in 4th place also.

Pride of place once more must go to Emma Peters who recorded an all parkrun best time of 24.21 at Hull. Runners also at Glossop, where Jo Brack and Carl and Beryl Buckley had PBs, Rochdale Watergrove, Marple, Oldham, Platt Fields and Stamford Park
