Parkrun Corner
All-time parkrun PBs at the fast Stretford Course for Ben Tetler, Danny Oldham and Matt Crompton. Elsewhere runners at Rushmere near Leighton Buzzard and Glossop with course PBs for Neil McGraw and Dan Ellingworth. Well done to all who ran and/or volunteered on another wet Saturday morning.
Congratulations also to Rich White (75th in 2.26.10) and once again to Matt Crompton (83rd in 2.28.40) at the challenging MICKLEDEN STRADDLE fell race, 14.3 miles and 2431 ft ascent over high-level moorland terrain.
Chris Jackson once more continues his excellent recent form with another top 10 finish at the re-arranged RED HOT TODDY 10K which was raising money for the Calder Valley Community Foundation Flood appeal to help homes and businesses who suffered in the winter storms. Chris finished 8th in 40.21

Tim Culshaw and Alice Willson were second mixed pair in the years 1st RAB MINI-MOUNTAIN MARATHON held on the Longshaw Estate and around the Derwent Edges. In this tough 4 hour score event they accumulated 323 points.
John Stephenson also did well to finish with 290 points, 15th in his age-group and 62nd/223 overall.
Marie Williamson clocked 57.55 at the SOUTHPORT MAD DOG 10K
