Four GDHrs made the long trip to the Western Isles to race at the iconic BENS OF JURA race. Tim Budd went sub 4 again securing a second treasured whisky glass and good runs also by Tim Culshaw, John Hewitt and Kasia. Results:-

Parkrun Corner

Runners at Newcastle, Burnage, and Lyme Park. Laurie Barlow went sub 30 and achieved an all-Parkrun PB at Conwy, Ben Tetler was 1st at Stamford Park. Mark Ollerenshaw and Neil McGraw were 1st and 2nd second at Glossop, both in personal best times, Mark’s 17.46 now the new club benchmark time. Glossop PBs also for Kirsty, Steven and Nev.
