Carl Bedson was 46th in 53.37 at the BLACKA MOOR FELL RACE
David Chrystie-Lowe was 2nd V55, 36th overall in the OFFERTON 10K RACE
Andy Fox was 1st V60 at the HOPE WAKES FELL RACE. Well done Andy!

Impressive times by the harriers at the first of the SALE SIZZLER SERIES. Neil McGraw 17.50, Matt Crompton 19.47 and Clive Smith 22.39.
Neil Shuttleworth was 1st V70 and 59th overall in 43.07 at the THURLSTONE CHASE FELL RACE
Jenny Rouse partnered by Sophy Barker in Team Chubby Cluns finished 2nd female pair and 26th out of 107 IN 2 hours 56 minutes at the BISHOPS CASTLE TANDEM TRIATHLON. More importantly they also won the most coveted prize…..the Fancy Dress Competition!
Jill Wood finished 9th Female and 2nd in her Age Category in a time of 1.20.48 at the PEAK DISTRICT TRIATHLON at Chatsworth House an ETU European Sprint Distance Qualifier. Charlie Eaton also competed and finished in 1.37.11. Well done both!
Chris Jackson clocked 29.46 (22nd) and Clive Smith 38.49 (197th) at the 5 mile ALDERLEY BYPASS RACE
The club was represented at the SAUNDERS LAKELAND MOUNTAIN MARATHON held on the far eastern Lakeland fells from Pooley Bridge. In an Aesop’s fable twist, ‘The Badger and the Fox’ aka Ben W and Neil M were forced to retire from the Carrock Fell class at the end of Day 1 due to injury whilst ‘The Swan and the Bull’ aka Els and partner Alison were 3rd female pair in the Harter Fell class.
Parkrun Corner
Rod, Lawrence, Alison and Dan E (course PB) ran at Platt Fields, Nick at Woodbank, Kirsty was 1st female at Brabyns where Andy F, Rebecca and Becky also ran, Rich White had a course PB at Stretford whilst Mark O was 1st back at Stamford Park where John S also ran.
