Neil McGraw was 8th in 18.31 at the LITTLEBOROUGH 5k
Tim Culshaw and Alice Willson were 2nd mixed pair and 12th overall in the Score Class at the HIGHLANDER MOUNTAIN MARATHON held in the Glen Cannich area west of Inverness. Lins Palmer and Andy Oliver were 31st out of the 90 starters. John Hewitt partnered by Pennine’s Rob Taylor clocked 14 hrs 21 minutes over 2 tough days in the C class to finish 37th out of the 60 starters.
Nick Ham was 98th out of 181 starters in 6 hrs 53 minutes at the NORTHANTS 35 ULTRA
Caity Rice had a fantastic day out at the HELL AND BACK ULTRA in Pembrokeshire, a 66.6 mile race which includes 40 miles of the coastal path and lots of climbing. Caity clocked an amazing time of just over 12 hrs 30 minutes. Well done to our ladies captain!
Andy Burnett was 41st in 38.05 at the CLIFFONY CELTIC 8K race in Connacht.

Parkrun Corner
Lots of Parkrun tourism this week with Claire at Medina Isle of Wight, Lizzie at Rising Sun Country Park, North Tyneside, Paul Drury at Nostell Priory near Wakefield and Andy Burnett in Sligo, Closer to home wins for Mark O at Marple, Ben T at Stamford Park and Manor Park PBs for Jamie, David C-L, Ian and Coach J. Well done everyone!
