End of February round up

Lots of us out there parkrunning this weekend: Hull (Emma Peters), Marple (Mark Ollerenshaw – first finisher), Lyme Park (Matt Crompton), Glossop (lots of us out congratulating Beryl on her 100th parkrun), Stretford (5 of us including Kirsty celebrating her 50th parkrun). Lots of new PB’s being set – well done everyone on getting out there running regardless of time or position.

Lynne and Tim journeyed to the beautiful Northumberland Coast and finished in 2:08. The route was spectacular across a mixed terrain, but mostly grassy (and muddy) paths or along the sandy (and wet) beaches.

Andy Burnett and Ian Oates ventured over to Cheshire for the Oulton Park Half Marathon, an undulating course of 6 laps on the race course. Both finished in 1:40.
