On a warm April night it was very gratifying to see so many Glossopdale Harriers racing in what was the second counter in the Road/Trail Champs. At the sharp end, probably the strongest male GDH team for some time were locked in a tough competitive scrap for championship points. In the end Steve Knight just edged it from Tim B reversing what had happened at the Lads Leap race. Good packing from Ben and Chris would have led to a well-deserved team prize had one been awarded. Credit to Caitlin especially (2nd female) and Neil M for racing on tired legs after their weekend races. There were also category prizes for newcomers Jo Brack, daughter Ezme, Mary J (running for Denbigh) and Nev. Thanks to Zoe and Tom for their support and photographs. GDH results:-
