Caity and Chris travelled up to the Lakes to compete in the SCAFELL race having already done the Snowdon and Ben Nevis races this year. Caity was 1st Lady and 10th overall in 1.16.10, Chris 17th in 1.19.43. Together they won the Jack and Jill trophy presented by Joss Naylor to the first couple back.
The following day the dynamic duo went to the Borrowdale Shepherds Meet Show to run at the DALE HEAD fell race. This time Chris was 8th in 56.30 with Caity close on his heels, 9th in 56.49 and 1st Lady.
Closer to home. eight Harriers travelled over the hill to compete at the iconic LANTERN PIKE race. Simon Bailey won the race but Ricky Wild’s longstanding record, one of the oldest in the FRA Calendar, still remains. Ex-GDHr Sally Newman was first Lady. Lovely to see Tom Young and Cathy back racing as well as Clive returning after injury.

Rich White placed 103rd in 2.44.05 at the THREE SHIRES FELL RACE. Ex-GDHr Jasmin Paris was first Lady.
Sue Clapham had a tremendous run at the BIG STOCKPORT 10K finishing 1st Lady and in 37th place out of 312 runners in 42.54.
Caity was 1st Lady and joined 2nd overall in the Hayfield Championships.
