The club has received the sad news of the passing of former Glossopdale Harrier Brian Howbrook who was very much involved with the club in the late 80’s and 90’s. He was aged 69 and would have been 70 in July. Nev has written a few words below in his memory

The funeral is on Friday 22nd April at Dukinfield Crematorium where blue and orange flowers will be displayed and the club will be represented. Donations to Alzheimer’s Society.
There was a record turnout of 26 runners and 8 dogs for the Thursday night HEROD FARM MARSHALS RUN

Great support for Little Stoke in Manor Park on a beautiful Saturday morning
19 Harriers ran, Mark O, Caity, Matt 1st, 2nd and 4th, PBs for Isabel, young Caitlin, Wyatt, Steven and Claire. runners also at Woodbank, Newcastle, Mile End, Lyme and Stamford Parks
A group of harriers travelled up to the Western Lakes to take on the tough TEENAGER WITH ALTITUDE race. Tim B had a brilliant run to finish 14th overall.

Chris Jackson was 6th in 49.25 at the MOW COP fell race.
Tim and Alice were clear winners in the mixed pair class at the RAB MMM at Grasmere. Well done to them! Carl also doing well coming 16th in his age category. Amazing results considering the exertions of the previous day.
