Chris Jackson recorded 26.48 and Neil McGraw 28.05 (PB) at the TRUNCE
Four harriers ran at the BOARS HEAD race in Lyme Park. Chris Jackson had another excellent run to finish 6th in a strong field. GDH results:-

Ben Tetler was first harrier back at the CASTLETON FELL RACE, the 5th counter in our Club Championships. Lins bagged 30 points to extend her lead in the womens Fell Champs. There appeared to be a good battle down the field between Lawrence, Nick and John.

Parkrun Corner
Star of the week was young Adam Crompton who had a massive PB at Glossop, pbs also there for Guy and Mel, Jill Wood 1st female. Lizzy Leason was 1st female at Hackworth, Claire ran at Medina IOW, Steven at Medway, Paul Drury at Dewsbury and Caity at Colby.
